Quick verdict
If you have fewer than about 10 people and want to know the price before talking to anyone, Jobber. Its plans are published, starting at $49/mo for 1 user ($29/mo billed annually). If you run a multi-truck HVAC, plumbing or electrical company that needs call booking, a pricebook, memberships, payroll and commission tracking in one system, get a ServiceTitan quote. ServiceTitan does not publish dollar prices; it says pricing is per technician and quotes after a demo.
Because ServiceTitan's price is unknown until you ask, we cannot say which is cheaper for you. We can show what each includes and what to ask a sales rep.

What you can actually compare: price transparency
This is the main difference. Jobber lists every plan and a price for 1, 5, 10 and 15 users on one page: Core $49/mo, Connect $139/mo, Grow $199/mo for 1 user, and Plus at $499/mo (5 users), $599/mo (10) or $699/mo (15), all with no commitment. Committing for a year or paying annually lowers each of those (Core $39 or $29, Connect $119 or $99, Grow $169 or $149). Extra users are $29/mo each. Jobber pricing
ServiceTitan's pricing page names three packages, Starter, Essentials and The Works, and says "Our per-technician pricing is designed to fit your business and goals, at any size." Every package has a "Request Pricing" button. ServiceTitan pricing Nothing else public gives an official number, so any dollar figure you read elsewhere for ServiceTitan is a third-party estimate. We do not publish estimates.
If you want a cost estimate before you book a demo, the practical approach is to ask three or four peers what they pay per technician and what extras they were charged. Then confirm with ServiceTitan in writing.
Feature comparison by what each vendor lists
ServiceTitan lists on its pricing page for all three packages: dispatching, scheduling, call booking, invoicing, pricebook, mobile estimates, payroll management, advanced reporting, commission tracking and customizable memberships. The Works lists configurable payroll. Its product pages mention trades including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, chimney, roofing, garage door, septic, pest control, irrigation and painting.
Jobber lists quoting, invoicing, online payments, online booking, scheduling, client hub, job costing, automations and QuickBooks Online and Xero sync, plus an app marketplace (100+ integrations). Higher plans add crew scheduling, a pipeline, marketing tools and an AI Receptionist. See what each Jobber plan includes on our Jobber page.
The overlap is quoting, scheduling, invoicing and payments. The gaps are what decide it:
- If your office needs a call-booking workflow, flat-rate pricebook and service memberships, ServiceTitan lists all three. Jobber's pricing page does not list a pricebook or memberships.
- If you need payroll and technician commission tracking inside the system, only ServiceTitan lists them on its pricing page.
- If you want a fast start, simple client-facing quotes and online booking, Jobber's trial gives you full Grow features for 14 days with no credit card. ServiceTitan has no public trial, only a demo.
Who should choose Jobber
- Solo operators and crews of up to roughly 15 people. Jobber's published plans top out at 15 users on the pricing page.
- Lawn, cleaning, landscaping, handyman, painting and other quote-and-schedule businesses. Jobber's industry list is long and generalist.
- Owners who want to read the price, start a trial tonight and cancel without a sales call. See alternatives to Jobber if the user-count pricing bothers you.
Who should choose ServiceTitan
- Residential HVAC, plumbing and electrical companies with multiple technicians, a dispatcher and a call-center workflow.
- Businesses that sell memberships and maintenance agreements and want them managed with the pricebook and payroll.
- Owners willing to go through a demo and onboarding and who can justify an unpublished price against revenue per technician.
